Obama is a product of affirmative action. He was President of the Harvard Law Review and never wrote an article for them. (Entitled. If it’s all about entitlement, Obama trumps Hill.) And, predictably, Obama isn’t qualified to be dog catcher, let alone President of the US. But he’s black. (And his remark the other day,:’typical white person’ is racist. If we said: ‘typical black person’, we’d be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail.)

Harvard Law School started an affirmative action program in the mid-1980’s for the Law Review. The School also does not publish student class ranks. I'm skeptical that Obama’s summa or magna cum laude, whatever it was truly reflected a high class rank. In a magazine article from the early 1990’s Obama suggested that he was in the top 25% of his class.
