Can’t they pay for their own problems with the money they get from the oil?

They are running out to the tune of 10% reduction in production per year. This is very bad news as when Mexico looses that 40% of its operational revenue their "economy" will totally crash, the population of mexico will pour across our STILL unsecured border and could very easily spark a war right here in the U.S.

The reason oil production is declining is because the entire nation is a kleptocracy, and the nationalized oil company couldn't find oil in a barrel full of West Texas Intermediate.

This could be the trigger to bring about the North American Union and the further reduction of our freedoms.

It might happen sooner than we think.

A large part of their problem is socialism. Their oil company is state owned. We all know how productive that is. No wonder their oil production is heading South. Good old central planning.
