If Iraq is what you are talking about, she did all she could to win it.
President is the HUGE disappointment as far as I am concerned.
Condi is the original owner of SURGE strategy.
While Dummy-Rummy was dominating the policy and fighting for “small foot print” and refusing to “clear and hold”, Condi was fighting with President EVERYDAY for LARGER footprint and to “clear and hold”.
It took years before Dubya decided that he had to try different route. Later on that strategy started to be known as SURGE and all indications are that its successful.
Now I don’t know who came up with the plan to Pay Sons-of-Iraq and even Al Sadr. Someday perhaps some insider would write a book. I think buying peace is not going to last and its a dangerous game. We need to disarm ALL MILITIA at any cost, otherwise, we remain stuck in NATION BUILDING FOR RADICALS. Retarded Cause.

Rice said her favorite Kiss tune is "Rock and Roll All Nite."
