“The guy is a nut case, we should write to the Archbishop of Illinois and complain.”

The Archbishop has been informed. And so has the Vatican. I think Father Flakey will be involuntarily retired soon. He may not be stripped of the cloth, but he’ll be pretty much out on his ass, in any event.

“anti-white tirade at Barack Obama’s church in Chicago”

Ah, Trinity... the gift that keeps on giving!

Keep it up!

Your ‘ministers’ are doing a great job of militating against Obama’s chances of becoming President — and for free too!

I have GREAT respect at this time(unless they go apostate on traditional or orthodox Christianity) for the Catholic Church even though I am just a plain ole Christian. But the Priests in the USA need a whipping in general and this so called Priest a de flocking and shunning. Shameful. This guy has been know for years to the Pope and the Catholic hiearchey. Shame and the leadership. Shame.

Father Pfleger is a left-wing nut trying to act like a black. He thinks he is being helpful, and instead he’s being a racial arsonist. For the sake of both races, he should give up this act.

At some point in the future, the Chicago Catholic Church will have to stand up and take action against this radical rogue priest.

A real church needs to be counted as either a truly religious organization with biblical rules or else as a racists hate filled social gathering calling itself a church such as the one that sustains Obama.

This priest shows no Christian love in the racists enabling words he pawns off on a willing hate filled congregation.

If the Catholic Church continues to be a hose bag for radical representatives’ such as this priest, then do not be surprised if their membership falls at even a faster rate.

Palpability of the Catholic Church of Chicago and America seems to have set their threshold for what is tolerable somewhere down on the level of most Christian haters.

As a hard-shell Baptist, I often attend a Catholic Church over in town and the priest there would never stoop to the same level as the one speaking in Obama’s racist group get-together.

He is a priest! It is one thing to attack the pastor of a single church, it is an entirely different matter to go after a member of the archdiocese of Chicago. My point was about the risk of backlash. It is simply crazy to let religious leaders be the standard for judging political rhetoric.

LOL

The worst of the worst hate mongers keep screaming.

Sane Americans (all colors) will come to their senses and judge these POS for what they are when the time comes.

Sane Americans (all colors) do not want this crap any longer. Don’t let these POS rule our country.

"It is simply crazy to let religious leaders be the standard for judging political rhetoric."

If Priests are spewing political hate instead of the Gospel from the pulpit it is the OBLIGATION of Catholic leaders to take action. Protecting the Church is their job. They've been doing it for centuries. This guy should be tossed in a heartbeat.

Perhaps you weren’t listening. He basically said, “If you are white, you must GIVE UP what you have, because everything you have was obtained unjustly.” This is basically the philosophy of Robert Mugabe. And it was obvious from the whole proceeding that this sort of thing is standard fare at that church, and that Obama is lying through his teeth when he says it offends him.

You are correct; it was pathetic to see him trying to act black - the tone of voice, the handkerchief, the histrionics. It was pure Farrakhan.

I am not a “roman” catholic, but an “anglican”.

The “church” has always had it’s share of fools and scoundrels. But, let us not forget that there have always been truly good souls in the church.

We can ignore and ridicule the fools and scoundrels. We can also demand that our pastors and priests defend the Gospel, and condemn those who defame it.

Now is the time for Catholic leaders to condemn those who distort the gospel.

I ask in His Name.

"Now is the time for Catholic leaders to condemn those who distort the gospel."

Roger that. Not only Catholic, but the leaders of any denomination are responsible to reign in runaway Priests and Pastors. Failure to do so is what caused the massive child molest scandal that will haunt the Church for years, all because of the acts of very small bunch of unregenerate clergymen. That should have been a wake up call to all Churches.

This guy is cursing from pulpit and calling Hillary a stone racist with nothing to back it up.

He told the plain truth, nothing but the truth, so help me God!

Leftists always exaggerate the contributions of slave labor. America was built on much more than slave labor.

This item simply has no shelf life. It is garden variety catholicism on social justice. Today Catholics just yawn when they hear a priest going off in that direction one more time. Have you never been exposed to Catholic guilt. We talk about it but we don’t change anything.
