Rachel was just wearing an ugly scarf. Malkin needs to get a some glasses, her eyes are screwed up.
The only problem I see with the scarf is that it does not go well with the shirt she is wearing.....
Was it cold outside or windy; or was this photo inside DD on an otherwise, cold, windy day? Maybe is doubled as a ‘rain-hat’?
