“SAN ANGELO, Texas — The Texas Supreme Court has asked attorneys representing nearly three dozen mothers from a polygamous sect to answer the state’s bid to overturn an order returning their children.
The supreme court was already considering the narrow issue of whether to stay the ruling, which was issued a week ago by the Third Court of Appeals. It found a trial judge improperly kept some 450 FLDS children in state custody.”

It seems that they are on the fence.

I just finished reading the book “Escape” by Carolyn Jessop. It is chilling to read and see how a cult can brainwash people so completely. It’s all about sex, power and control. Quite the amazing book.

Oh my goodness, I wish I hadn’t clicked on that link. Those girls are nothing but children, and their false prophet is nothing but a pervert. I can’t get over how young those kids look. My fantasy is for some of these horny old FLDS goats to meet up with the cops from Law & Order-SVU.

I’ve seen her on several interviews, and one documentary on WE Network with her cousin, Flora. Incredible people, amazingly brave. I wish everyone could read her book and/or see her interviews.

Having seen whats at that link I reiterate.

TX should not be criticized for having the courage to step into what was sure to be a mess and trying to put an end to this bunch of polygamous pedophiles.

The only criticism that could be leveled at TX is that they have not yet hung all the adult males and half the adult women.

Adults are responsible for what they do and anyone involved in an organization where this goes on especially in the open by the leaders is not someone we need consuming oxygen on this planet.

It was posted yesterday but the thread was pulled. You might want to run it by the mods first. They may want us sticking with links to protect the kids. The problem is that it really doesn’t hit you in the face until you see their young faces.

These children may still be dominated by the sect but then again I think many will never be the same again. Here is a snip from another article about the group up in Abilene.

........Community groups, such as Beltway Baptist Church, which donated bicycles for all the children, have reached out to help Hendrick. Bike riding is fast becoming the children's favorite activity. Never having ridden before, after two days, they mastered riding the new bikes.

In the afternoon, they play games in the gym and are only allowed to watch Animal Planet on TV. ...........

Bikes and Animal Planet will soon be expanded into other things...... imo.
