This cannot be accomplished without a dramatic 180 degree change in course from current Japan-alienating Bush rapproachment policy on North Korea, and also a whole-scale clean out of the US State Department—I mean down to the assistant deputy assistant to the assistant secy leve—if Scarface were to even be elected President.
