How many Democrat voters crossed over to vote in the Republican primaries in Florida and Michigan because there “was no state Democrat presidential primary” in Michigan and Florida? People still voted, it is the Democrat mantra that every vote must count. In Florida 2000, the Democrats wanted to toss out all the rules to the higher principle of having every vote count. So why not let every vote count in this case?
