RUSH: Barack Obama Sees Dead People

Earlier, the Republican National Committee pounced on Obama's improbable statement that an uncle had served in the unit that liberated Auschwitz.
In fact, campaign spokesman Bill Burton says, his great uncle was a member of the 89th Infantry Division that liberated the Ohrduf camp, part of Buchenwald and, according to the Holocaust Museum, the first concentration camp liberated by U.S. troops.
The soldier in question, Burton said, is Obama's grandmother's brother, who's still alive.
UPDATE: "Senator Obama’s family is proud of the service of his grandfather and uncles in World War II – especially the fact that his great uncle was a part of liberating one of the concentration camps at Buchenwald. Yesterday he mistakenly referred to Auschwitz instead of Buchenwald in telling of his personal experience of a soldier in his family who served heroically," Burton says.

Obama didn’t say he was proud of his uncles who served heroically ... instead he accused his uncle of hiding in an attic for 6 months. I would think his elderly uncle, after all these years, would not want to be portrayed publicly in that way.
Hey, what’s the difference, you’ve seen one concentration camp, you’ve seen them all, the same as with the Disney Parks. And unlike the Disney Parks monikers, the names are unpronounceable to the average vacationing consumer.
Seems to make a lot of mistakes when he is off scripted speeches, doesn’t he?
Perhaps his advisors, Ayers, Wright, and Rezko could help him with keeping facts straight.
I wouldn’t hire that blank resume’ as an entry-level janitor let alone POTUS.

Unless they give out the guy's exact name, rank and serial number, I think it is safe to assume that the Obama camp is lying, as usual. What a despicable PUTZ.

But if this farcical brother of his Grandmother existed,the dope would a Grand Uncle. Secondly, if th dope is still alive, then how could it be a family dark legend the Grand Uncle sat in an attic for six months. He did or he didn’t. Its not like a legend from the Civil War? The entire story sounds like one more cocaine high delusion of the Messiah, the “Magic Negro!” Why does B.O. never tell heroic stories of his Muslim father who obviously loved polygamy and booze?

And now he's trying to borrow American military experience from his old white relatives. I would like to hear his uncle's side of the story. Did he really hide in an attic for 6 months and how does he feel about the whole world knowing that?
It’s clear this guy is incompetent and just not ready for prime time. First, he brags about what a very distant relative might have accomplished. Second, he lies or gets the facts wrong.
G-d help us if he ends up in the White House. Though we will need G-d’s help if McCain wins too.
One other thing. If the “Great Uncle” was still alive, don’t you think Obowelmovement would have trotted him out. This really stinks.
This is just bullspin. 'especially my arse', it might seem strange to politicians but liberating concentration camps was an incidental part of the mission of the 89th and the other infantry divisions conquering the Nazis.
I guess co-opting ones service is no worse than a candidate co-opting ones experience. Or making it up for that matter!
Why doesn’t Meet The Depressed level with us and admit there is NOTHING worth discussing about the Magic Negro at all: that in fact he is just a big bag of liberal stupid areo fritto.
