According to Admiral “cut and run” Mullins, aren’t his troops all supposed to resign in protest if they don’t like the leadership? It seems the man can’t keep his story straight.

If Obama wins, we may need the military to step in and save the country.

Re-enlistments will dramaticaly drop, and resignations of commissions will spike. No one will want to serve leaders that despise them, will send them on “peacekeeper: missions, under fund and poorly supply them and will willingly consider them expendable, in the face of “expedient” surrenders.

"The U.S. military must remain apolitical at all times," wrote Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. "It is and must always be a neutral instrument of the state, no matter which party holds sway."

This is only technically correct.

An soldier can campaign for any candidate provided they don't do it in uniform or on government time.

Also, they are free to discuss and share opinions with anyone at any time.

A clear distinction must be made between being “apolitical” and “staying out of politics”.

This is because our nation is threatened by politicians who are ignorant of the military, foreign policy, and war. For this reason, the Pentagon must create a black program, whose sole purpose is to get military educated congressmen and senators elected. From BOTH parties.

It is just as important to do this to keep the United States out of unnecessary and ill-conceived wars, as it is to prevent cuts in critical defense apparatus leaving America at risk of enemy attack.

For this reason, veterans who are selected to run for office must be under strict rules. They must generally follow the party line of whatever party they belong, *except* when critical decisions are made about US defense policy. They must be seen as loyal partisans.

They also must do so in a coordinated manner, to multiply their effectiveness. But this means that their actions must be invisible to intelligence agencies and others who would strongly object and compromise their positions.

This is not done for frivolous reasons, but to fulfill the military oath to protect and defend the United States against its enemies.

In this case, political ignorance has become a dangerous foe.

I say again: Admiral Mullen is reminded of the oath he took, just as I did 40 years ago this month, to protect the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. It is possible that the next president, as well as the speaker of the House and the Senate majority leader, will be an enemy of the Constitution. As an American citizen I will expect the admiral and those in his command to honor the oath if necessary.

Make a deal. The military stays out of politics and the Rat Party (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party) lets ALL military votes count this time. OK? Deal, Rats?

***Mullen warns military: stay out of politics ****

We were told the same thing in 1968. I think it was because to many autos on base had GEORGE WALLACE for PRESIDENT bumper stickers on them.

Just in case Obama is elected, concentrate on these images:

It will make the transition easier, just in case.

What a bullshit response. And this guy is supposed to be an Admiral? Hey Admiral, why don't you just tell them which way to vote?

They can do just about anything they like to get their candidate elected. As long as they don't do it in uniform. This "Admiral" may was well just tell them the First Amendment doesn't apply if you are in uniform. Putz.

I am more worried about Mccain winning, because he will do exactly what obama will do only slower most republicans will roll over and say well he is our guy and we kept obama out. I really aint scared of eithe one of them, however I am prepared for hardship, I’d rather have obama. It would be like scab, with mccain you just pick at it, obama you go an rip the thing off, it hurts like hell but you are over and done with it.

Well, I hope he meant that they couldn’t actively campaign, but that they should exercise their right to vote!

If a Democrat wins the troops will get sent home. After that who knows?

No need to change the title. Truth is, the troops are not in it because they love war. They are in it to protect freedoms all Americans enjoy for a country they love.

If many thought the only reason they were sent to war was to protect the monetary future for globalist elites instead of the American people......
