I find myself now trying to convince very conservative loyal Republicans to vote for McCain in November. People are depressed and not wanting to vote at all. It is so sad.

That is a lot of political air to wade through.

Anyone have the Cliff’s Notes version?

Here's One!

You must reenlist to get benefits!

WWII lasted 4 years!

They didn't have to reenlist. Their job was done!

We were NEVER told by this POTUS that the war on terrorism was going to be short and sweet. NEVER! Do you understand?

People have a memory less than a chicken and are about as smart.

It is sad because and Obama presidency is a dire one. Imagine Democrats in Control of the Senate, the House, and the Presidency. Then think about the retirement of Supreme Court Justices. We will probably see Justice Souter and Ginsberg retire. Also imagine how much Obama will push the Global warming agenda where as McCain regardless of what you think about him will never push it to any great extent. Do we really want to see individuals like Al Gore nominated for Secretary of State or some such post? If we think the nominees of the Clinton administration were radical just imagine what they will look like in the Obama administration. Bill Clinton was an opportunistic liberal where as Obama is an idealistic liberal. Jimmy Carter was an idealistic liberal. Ask your loyal Republicans if they want to return to the Carter years?

Also if nothing else drives a person to vote for John McCain then it should be his commitment to our military and American strength in the world. If you want the honor of our troops stolen by the Democrat party again and Obama then by all means sit out the vote but if you believe in the strength of America and will not accept the lefts creation of another Vietnam out of Iraq then you will pray for John McCain and vote for him. This isn’t an election where the stakes are simply a domestic policy. It is the choice between our troops withdrawn job undone and every terrorist in the world seeing America running away again or sending a message that we will finish the job and will not retreat until the mission is won! John McCain should make that his banner.

Anyone with half a brain kmnows McCain is a Liberal. McCain does not give a dam about the boarders... He believes government is the solution to everything, and he has no backbone. I will NEVER vote for McCain. I would vote for Bozo the Clown before I would vote for this Sell out. He may fool some Republicans, but he will not full the rest.

Looks like Obama will be the next President because the Republicans have no brains..

some folks think Obama is conservative and will be the anti welfae state guy and support conservative people on the supreme court.

Think I will take my chance with McCain, though not a great fan, but I want a country left at the end of four years, not one that is half destroyed and the other half
controlled by Muslim countries.

We should NOT vote McCain.

He is a RINO, socialist POS scumbag.

The enemy are the socialists, first in our own party, then the others.

Stop calling them Liberals, they are socialists.

The mind reels.

No Republican should ever have touched that, but no, they have to troll for votes.

Next up in the Big Tent - abortionists and ELF and ALF and PETA members. (NAMBLA will likely be invited to the dance in 8 more years).

"We will probably see Justice Souter and Ginsberg retire."

Well if they should retire, it's a safe to bet that no matter who is elected President, they'll be replaced by McCain with similar subjects; or perhaps he may even choose full blown commies!

So, your point is...........?

"Ask your loyal Republicans if they want to return to the Carter years?"

No need asking, when their hand picked offering was all the answer we needed.

No, I'm not suggesting that the McCain "fix" was in; I'm screaming to the top of my lungs that it was so!

"I know that my friend and fellow veteran, Senator Jim Webb, an honorable man who takes his responsibility to veterans very seriously, has also offered legislation that would provide more generous benefits."

There he goes again; citing who his friends are and how much he thinks of them.

I just love to hear him sing the praise of such note worthy democrats, and express his deep love and admiration for them!

It kinda makes me go all liberal (communist) inside.
