Its almost mandetory to be bilingual in emergency services and getting to the point where soon it will be.So, we can count on the emergency services personnel in Mexico (if there is such a thing) to be bilingual as well?

If we started invading at a rate of around one-million per year, perhaps--if it weren't for the fact that Mexico is much tougher on immigrants than the U.S.
