In fact, the preponderance of evidence is that Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann never actually attempted marriage, and certainly were not legally married, since Obama Sr. had an undivorced wife back in Kenya which would have rendered any such marriage ceremony between Dunham and himself invalid ab initio.
