I hope Obama keeps talking too...the more he talks, the more amazed I am that he knows so little. I have to wonder if he’s ever taken courses in Western Civilization or World History? Hmmmm, maybe that’s no longer required at Harvard...
From the article you posted: “Mr. McCain has every intention of running his opponent through the complete foreign-policy gamut. Explain again in what circumstances you’d use nuclear weapons? What was that about invading Pakistan? How does a policy of engaging the world include Mr. Ahmadinejad, but not our ally Colombia and its trade pact?
It explains too the strong desire among the McCain camp to get Mr. Obama on stage for debates soon. There’s a feeling Mr. Obama is still climbing the foreign-policy learning curve. And they see mileage in his issuing a few more gut reactions.”

I am really beginning to wonder what is required at any university now! A quick glance at Michelle Obama’s Princeton thesis makes it obvious she was granted an unearned degree and if you watch “Are You Smarter Than a Figth Grader” a few times you begin to realize that almost without exception the contestants who have advanced degrees do very poorly. A recent example is a man with a doctorate who missed this simple question,”If a pound of something costs forty eight cents what does five eighths of a pound cost?” The answer popped into my head in about two seconds but this man fumbled around thinking out loud, almost got it right and then talked himself out of it.
As far as Barack is concerned I suspect he, like his wife, has the degree but lacks the education it is supposed to represent. If I needed someone to help me figure out how to solve problems I would take any local redneck over age fifty who has a high school diploma before I would consider Obama and I would certainly trust his instincts about world affairs more than I would those of Barack Huckster Obama.
