We always hear there is not enough oil to make a difference.

How is it that Canada and Mexico can have enough oil to export and we are smack dab between both and yet we don’t have enough to make a dent?

According to the latest lefty rant I heard on Fox it's because by not drilling for new oil we can become energy independent...?
