“What good is the presidential vote for Puerto Rico if the island still would not have adequate representation in the Congress? “

They actually have two Congressmen sitting, they just can’t vote; YET.

Puerto Rico has only one Resident Commissioner in the US Congress (representing a population of nearly 4 million US citizens) and he cannot vote.

They don’t have any Representatives or Senators.

Actually, Puerto Rico sends only one: a Resident Commissioner who sits in the House of Representatives and is allowed to vote in committee but not in the full floor.
