Boy, you have a SERIOUS problem and I probably won't be replying to you anymore.
You have a totally closed mind and you're right and everyone else is wrong and that's all that you keep repeating over and over and over. Not one to let a pesky fact get in the way of your vaunted opinion, are you?
Debating with a mind that has a chance to be changed is my pleasure. Debating with a closed mind that has no chance to change is not.
Adieu
I can’t believe how many of you are comparing this to kids getting pregant by other kids out in society vs these girls forced into this by grown men and grown women in a locked-down compound. If the girl wants to leave, she has to leave her kids and she isn’t educated enough to know that she can get out and turn the tables on the whole mess so she stays.
Since they are not sure who is 18 or not, there are NO NAMES!
LOL! She also was saying the father was G-D!
Sad to be you. I come from a large, Catholic family. My dad had only one wife and my mother didn’t have 400 kids.
What law was broken?
That has nothing to do with it. You are comparing apples and oranges.
OK...let me ask you this? Do you beleive that nothing wrong happened at that compound or with any other FDLS cult residence?
They have to find out who the victims are. Also, returning them to the ranch was not an option because the witness tampering started immediately with the men calling from cell phones and the switched answers given to investigators. The children who can talk don’t even know how old they are.
So you are implying that FDLS is a legitimate religion. No...don’t credit it like that. If you say it isn’t legite then it isn’t a religion and should not be called such.
The government can not enter any residence and take anything without a warrant. The should not be able to get a warrant without some probably cause that the government has some interest in asking the people there something.
The government might have some more powers if they believe an illegal alien in the home. That is really beside the point here though. Unless someone disputes your child is yours, it is not the governments business to take DNA samples from you.
Awesome good movie.
This who nonsense about “kids” living at home until they are mid to late 20’s in school is retarded.
And by retarded I mean literally, to retard the mental development thereof, intentionally.
K-12 today is what 1-6 was 100 years ago... IF it is even THAT good... which the case could be made it is not even close..
Provide a link please. A 14-year old had a baby a month ago. Both are STILL in State custody, together.
In this case the "accuser" was a fraud and has been arrested. It was some lunatic from Colorado. Is arrest tied to FLDS raid, phone calls?
In this particular case that would be:
Texas Child Protective Services- 0.
The US government was apparently not invovled, perhaps because the hoax "tipster" did not mention guns or drugs.
Well, the kids were removed, so where’s the fun in that?
Well the Canadian government is investigating that issue. They want the information from the DNA testing.
Since when do you need a DNA test to prove you are your child's parent? I have never taken a DNA test. Have you? Thank God the state has never denied that I am my children's father. But why should I have to prove anything?
When the children have no birth certificate issued by any jurisdiction anywhere in the world. When men are stripped of their wives and children and evicted from the group and their children given to other adults to raise.
According to scientific studies, if every parent in the country took a DNA test to prove paternity, there would be a large percentage of men who would be very surprised to learn the truth -- and not just in the communities that are already famous for uniform lack of knowledge of paternity.
According to Texas law, the children conceived during a marriage are assumed to be fathered by the husband. Texas does not recognize plural marriage, so no marriage existed with most of the "wives", so there is no such presumption. Also, for most of these children there is no birth certificate recorded by any jurisdiction stating who the father is.
Oh really Mr. Wizard, and what questions would those be. The information was handed over by an abuse hotline. The cops acted on what they thought was a valid call. Well, they found more when they went out there. There was a second warrant issued that allowed them to take computers, papers, etc. Due process was followed here.
Except for the fact that they detained and imprisoned adults under the Color of Law. That happens to be a Federal Offense that can be punishable by death.
This is not a good time to be a Texas CPS worker or official. Sadly, I doubt that anything will happen to them.
Yep Dr.Zoidberg it is hard to believe you did not understand Soliton’s post. Clearly Soliton was pointing out how an athiestic government [or of another religion] COULD describe Christianity if they wanted to take all their children.
Sorry. This conservative forum has been the only place I post and have for the last 5 years. Why don’t you try hanging out on a NAMBLA site and apologize for the rantings of atruelady.
