Too bad we can’t vote for a Republican.

Ignore the rhetoric and remember who put together the Gang of 14. The appointment of jurists may be critically important but it’s not much of a point of differentiation in this election.

Based on past behavior... Neither is excessive taxation.

Based on past behavior... Neither is immigration.

Based on past behavior... Neither is enviromarxism.

That's right. McCain will appoint the judges that the Senate lets him appoint.

Some good came out of the Gang of 14. Janice Rogers Brown and Pricilla Owen would never have gotten confirmed if it hadn’t been for McCain’s efforts. Also, it made DemocRATS more hesitant to use the filibuster.
