My best guess is that he is doing what they want and since the rules of Jihad allow for any amount of lying and misrepresenting of oneself, including denying the Muslim faith if it is done to gain advantage against the “Kaffir” I suspect that they offer up prayers daily that Allah will bless and keep Obama from all harm.

This would effectively and immediately end our war against Islamic terrorists and ensure their victory.
The Islamic cultures, moreover, have in general a low opinion of blacks. A black apostate guarantees even more contempt and derision.
Any condoning of him as President by the Islamics would be superficial and only for temporary strategic gain.
