Yup, that would give Chelsea 16 years’ of hands-on White House experience by the Clinton’s way of calculating experience. And that’s even before holding elective office.

Thank God she has to be 35 to run for President. It gives us a few years’ respite.

What respite? Do the math! She was born on February 27, 1980, so She's 28 now. She would be technically eligible to become president in time for the 2016 presidential election when she will be 36. That means that if the next president serves two terms, Chelsea could run in an open race in her first year of eligibility.
