Charge the "professor", prosecutor, and the school Administrator pushing this crap. Conviction is a Felony with a minimum of 10 years in jail. Had Barber been hurt or killed as a result of having his Rights deprived, the punishment for these Socialist thugs could include the Death penalty as provided for in the aforementioned Sections 241/242.
Enough is enough. This is institutionalized injustice and MUST stop.

Then why wasn’t the other student who wrote a paper about murdering people treated likewise? Knee jerk stupidity by the liberal academia who cannot allow themselves to believe that guns in the hands of ordinary law abiding citizens are not a threat to them.
Instead of just asking for reinstatement to school and reinstatement of his carry permit, sue the university for about $20 million in damages and sue the DA’s office for another $20 million. There will be SOME lawyer willing to take the chance.
