In a perfect world I would have hoped to find Rick Santorum invited to that BBQ...but (heavy sigh) no. And yes I do know that McCainiac had one of his famous 'meltdowns' in the Senate cloak room (do they really have cloaks there?) aimed at the former Jr. Senator from PA...but still...Rick would greatly improve the ticket.

Rick needs to get himself re-elected in PA. But that ain’t gonna be easy unless the GOP as a party mans-up. That is highly unlikely.

I think Santorum would be an excellent choice also. I’ve followed him through the years on the partial birth abortion votes in the Senate.
