It is this, “If McCain supporters do not want Barack Obama as their POTUS, spend less time here, and make a fervent appeal to have an acceptable candidate nominated at the convention”. I am no longer going to be the person on the defensive. Don’t like that answer? Tough.
If you do not want Obama. Get a new candidate. Otherwise you will get what you hate the most.

I agree with you. Unfortunately, the McCain goon squad is working each and every convention to make sure that only the loyalist of loyals are allowed as delegates. Do a search on the blogs with the following words: "republican" "convention" "unity" "delegates" -- some pretty stunning stories of the shenanigans going on.
