Problem is the Cali's are flooding across the South bringing their same BS.

The South will be turning purple within 10 years.

It is visible in my “Lakeway to the Smokies” county, where fronts are going as high as 325 without a house. They are also learning a new way. They see what has failed and what they fled. The smell of arrogance comes at first then they relax after a year or so. This doesn’t work for all the South though.
