Virginia made an even tougher ban ion "partial-birth" abortion that this court has found "unconsititutional".
First the "gay marriage" BS in CA, now this - the left is giving Juan wedge issue after wedge issue now.

must be struck down because it would burden a woman's right to choose an abortion as early as the second trimester of pregnancy The second trimester of pregnancy is "early"? Gimme a break.
By the start of the second trimester, a woman has known about the pregnancy for a couple of months!

Anyone who supports any form of partial birth abortion is sub-human.
Period.

A liberals weekend begins with fighting to stop horses from being euthanized and ends with fighting to ensure thousands of babies are killed. I'll never understand how a person could care so much for an animal's life and care so little for a human life. They're a sick bunch of degenerate bastards.

“... unconstitutional because it infringed on a woman’s right to end her pregnancy.” So, now we see what liberals believe ... murdering an alive unborn child is protected by the activist judges because it is a way a woman can end ‘her’ pregnancy. Make no mistake, these same black-robed oligarchs can just as easily terminate alive born human beings if they decide it allows some nebulous right of others to be upheld. Well, except the black-robed ghouls who have proven they do nbot consider an alive unborn child to be a human being and thus mere fodder for killing to upholda woman’s ‘right to choose’ to murder for her convenience. And before some fool tries to cite pregnancy termination to save a woman’s life, consider that the alive unborn have been brought into the air world and survived as young as 20 months gestational age. Partial birth infanticide is all about granting women the god-like power to murder at will or whim ... and you don’t see rhetoric like ‘a father’s right to choose, do you?
