A massive grassroots organization of Conservatives is the only hope this country has left.

I'm seeing this sentiment, expressed in various ways, more and more.

Who do you see leading this organization?

I have been entertaining similar thoughts. A new Conservative Party. Some may not like this part of my idea, but because money is needed, it will take people like Rush and some of his acquaintances to get the ball rolling.

And, it needs to be started now. Not 2 years, and certainly not 4.

And I know people won't like this part: the founders need to urge the election of McCain*, as a stop gap measure to the insane mess the alternative offers. If McCain and the Pubbies see there is a serious true conservative movement brewing, it “might” whip them to get in line.

*Yes, I know what McCain is, and I don't like it. But until there is an alternative before Nov., 2008, which isn't likely, I can't see another choice, and all the whining and moaning, isn't going to change what is.

One other note: on the domestic front, if MommaObama wins in Nov., get ready for reparations for “past wrongs”...
