Delay sought in Guantanamo 9/11 case

Military defense lawyers are seeking to delay the upcoming arraignment of five Guantanamo detainees suspected in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

The attorneys say the government has made it impossible to prepare for the June 5 hearing at the naval base in Cuba.
