Harrods insisted it would still exclude servicemen or women wearing 'fatigues' - the combat clothing which most wear for everyday work - a rule which the report condemns as 'quite unacceptable.' I assume this "Harrods" is an upscale establishment. If so, they should certainly insist on dress uniforms, not fatigues.

Harrods is a frickin department store, just like Macys or Nordstrom. I see no problem with a person in military fatigues walking in to do some shopping.
