Mindy Andrews said she’s joining the Navy to be a better mom to her 17-month-old daughter.

Keith Olbermann wants to know if somebody had to show Mindy which hand was her right hand.

Related story . . .

"The Indianapolis Motor Speedway will unite with Fisher House to salute America's heroes during the Month of May in 2008. The Fisher House program is a unique private-public partnership that supports America's military in their time of need. The program recognizes the special sacrifices of our men and women in uniform and the hardships of military service by meeting a humanitarian need beyond that normally provided by the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. Fisher House Foundation donates "comfort homes," built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers. These homes enable family members to be close to a loved one at the most stressful times - during the hospitalization for an unexpected illness, disease or injury.

Best Buy is proud to partner with IMS to support the Fisher House program and will sponsor the commemorative Fisher House T-shirts and dog tags for sale to the general public at IMS, allowing all proceeds to go to Fisher House. Best Buy employees from across Indiana will volunteer this month at IMS to help support the sale of T-shirts and dog tags."

We often rip into corporations that do what is PC instead of what is right. In this case I thought it would be appropriate to acknowledge Best Buy here for standing up for our guys and gals.
