Yes - my plan is to buy the weapon, get professional training, get a concealed carry license, AND continue to dress well! PinkChampagne does not hold up well in hot water!

really? I haven’t heard a word about it from VCDL. Virginia Beach got their butts sued over it during a festival year before last. Open carry is the law of the land except at VCU, K-12, and Federal type areas. Then again ,I am back in SWVA where you can walk down the street with a RPG if you want.
fyi, the mayor of Alexandria has OPENLY stated that "anyone caught packing a pistol" in PUBLIC & UN-concealed will AUTOMATICALLY be charged with "brandishing a firearm" & "anything else we can think of".
Alexandria city is LEFTIST, DIMocRAT & ANTI-gun to the core.
in Prince William County (where i have an apartment) it's "dixie" & like SW VA.

Here is a link to the Nebraska State Patrol website FAQ on Concealed Carry. It clearly indicates that applications can be submitted beginning January 3, 2007.
As is usual/typical in Nebraska, we are the last ones to the party.
