Judges. Don't forget the judges. At least two and as many as FOUR Supreme Court Justices will retire in the next 4-8 years. Then there are all of the lesser judges a President appoints.

This election - in my opinion - is about only two thing: the war against terror and judges.

You know the only thing about the Judiciary issue is how can I trust McCain to appoint a judge who isn’t a Ruth Bader Gingsburg redo? I’m not attempting to be snarky either or take issue with your thought. I literally have nill for confidence that McCain will apppoint constructionist judges.

Too bad it’s not also about the ongoing invasion of illegals into our country, the North American Union, (Or Whatever it’s called this week), the adding of the Spanish language in public everywhere, Mexican Trucks, loss of jobs to American workers and truckers, entitlements to illegals, etc.

If the dims get even larger margins in congress, they can cut off the funds for the military, and forget about judges - they will decide who gets passed.
