Agree with Rush but I do have issues with McCain. His recent Climate Policy announcement is a good example. This will lead to bigger Government, higher taxes and a weaker economy.
It will be hard for me to pull the lever for McCain.

Hmmmm ... what do I think ....

I think we whom are the politically frustrated are being played like a Stradivarius.

I think there are 'powers that be' that can pull strings and levers and accomplish things just like Satan in the Garden .... we are not actually made to do anything, but are lured and enticed by our own desires (That dumb ol' idealistic America we thought we understood as we read founding documents and the lives of the framers .. etc. ).

We are being asked ... "Yea, hath the Constitution said ... ?", and being told we don't understand the English language.

What do I think?

A few brave souls will take matters into their own hands and try to accomplish something to save America ... but they will be painted as absolute crazies, and most will tsk tsk the effort, have another beer, and go to work Monday following church on Sunday.

That's what I think.

I too preferred Rudy to McCain. He was more liberal, but, I think, more predictable, because he was more free-market.

I can't vote for Juan because unlike Rudy, I think Juan has gone out of his way to give me the finger on every occasion.

Regardless, we're stuck with four years of this child dipstick screwing up the country. The good news is that because of his inexperience, he's LESS likely to appoint tough, party-oriented cabinet, judges, and staff, and therefore LESS likely than someone like Clinton to have a long-term impact on the country. (Provided we don't get nuked in the meantime).

While I could never have voted for the Baby Killer Rudy, I totally enjoyed the rest of your post. Thanks for cutting down Rush’s words for those of us who had to miss his show.
