WESLEY CHAPEL - Three suspects are under arrest on home invasion robbery charges after a March 30 incident in which the occupant of a home on Mangrove Drive was robbed of cash and jewelry at gunpoint.

According to arrest reports, the trio donned masks for the 2:30 a.m. holdup in which $172 in cash and $300 in jewelry was taken. However, the victim knew one of the men and was able to identify him by his voice, reports state.

Also, a witness came forward who said they saw two of the men together before the home invasion and saw all three of them afterward, at which point one said they had robbed "somebody" and another identified the victim by name, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office reported.

"The victim also provided an accurate description of one suspect being in possession of a gun, matching the description given by the victim ... and also observed the subjects to be in possession of currency consistent with the amount taken during the robbery, to include denominations," the report by Detective Zak A. Grey states.

The three men were identified as Timothy Leroy Lumley, 21; Haskell L. Lumley, 19; and Derek W. Derousse, 18, all of 6601 Applewood Drive in Wesley Chapel. They were booked into the Land O' Lakes Jail early Thursday.

According to computerized records from the jail, Timothy Lumley remained behind bars later Thursday with bail set at $50,000 on a charge of strong-armed robbery and no bail set on charges of violating probation for grand theft from a motor vehicle and grand theft burglary.

Haskell Lumley also remained at the jail with bail set at $10,000 on a single charge of home invasion robbery, online records state.

Derousse was being held Thursday with bail set at $50,000 on a charge of home invasion robbery, records state. Also, a bail bondsman had revoked Derousse's bail on multiple charges of battery, burglary, grand theft, assault and loitering or prowling, records state.

Thursday morning's arrests were not related to another home invasion that took place Wednesday morning at a home on Turtle Lane in Hudson.

In that case, three men allegedly held an 18-month-old at gunpoint while demanding cash from several women, shooting two televisions to underscore their demands, the sheriff's office reported.

Late Thursday, one suspect remained at large. The others were arrested Wednesday afternoon.

Devin Lamm, 21, of 14120 Payne St. in Shady Hills remained at the Land O' Lakes Jail on Thursday with bail set at $60,000 on charges of armed home invasion, aggravated assault and false imprisonment, jail records state.

Nicholas Bernhardt, 19, of 10625 Houston Ave., Hudson, remained at the jail Thursday evening with bail set at $105,000 on the same three charges and additional bail of $20,503 set on unrelated charges of violation of probation, failure to appear in court and being a felon in possession of a handgun, records state.

Why’d the judge set the bail so low for these cretins? None of their families could come up with the 10%?

probably because they are broke. If they were worth a mil, the bail would $2 million

By the way I went to 6601 Applewood Drive in Google Earth. All I can say is it looks like the neighbors must be mighty happy these guys are in jail. That address looks real high rent. /sarc
