Having said that: Have you ever heard of "universal health care" "socialized medicine" or "NHS"? You see it's all the rage of late and there are plenty of people who think others should pay for their health care; your comment suggested that you were one of them. By buying insurance your sister did pay for her own health care. We wouldn't even be having this discussion if it weren't for your misleading comment.
