"They are not too excited at DU"
My guess is that the leftards don't know how to try to spin it yet.... they are quivering in fear that their dream candidate is going to unravel over the next few weeks and months, and that a large majority of Americans will see him as the weak-minded appeaser that he is. Do they try to make him sound tougher to appeal to Middle America, when there is so much on the record showing he is a diehard leftist? Or do they try to vindicate left-wing polices of anti-US appeasement weasels around the world?

Seems to me that most of the people at the DU just want Iran to cease to be an issue. They don’t want it on Obama’s radar screen. There is no way they can applaud Obama for saying that Iran has to give up nukes, supporting terrorism, or meddling in the region. That, to the average DU member, is picking on Iran.
