I don’t think Bush was paid off. I think he was fostering a deliberate Mexophilia agenda. Bush needs to visit the Alamo and contemplate.

Bush needs to visit the Alamo and contemplate. He can't make that appointment. Jorge has been busy this week giving enriched uranium to the Saudis. I am NOT making this up.
