I don't have confirmation from Mr O's web site, but my best information is that Tony will be on today, and several days next week.

He has not said. The reports were he was just suffering from exhaustion.

Poetgal, last I heard Tony was not in for exhaustion as the papers said, but some intestinal upset or such. [Probably from having his food prepared by an illegal?] 8)

Tony stated on his BOR gig afterward that he was feeling great and I have no reason to doubt that. He has also resumed his demanding speaking engagements, so that more than anything should put our minds at ease.

While we wait amid our disappointment at no Tony, I'll comment that I cannot believe that the Obama campaign is so upset at Bush's appeasement comments. Me thinks he protests too much! My thought was it was a laser beam at Jimmy Carter, but if Obama wants to stir the pot and put himself in the spotlight, bring it on.

BTW: where were all of these Dem critics when Carter was bad mouthing the President and the country on his overseas visits with....the terrorists in Palestine.
