Considering his fawning deification in the eyes of the driveby media, I sincerely hope that it will indeed be an ugly and painful campaign, but there are times when I have my doubts.

As long as Republicans in Congress continue to “appease” the Democrats, I fear we’re in for a long, long period of increasing government spending on social programs, tax hikes, Carter-esque foreign policy, and socialism invading every institution it can creep into. Heaven help us.
