I can only assume that Hawn is a city-slicker carpet-bagging bully who thought that Colorado law did not apply to him, as he is from Austin Texas and a big-time CEO.

But let's call this what it really is: a guy with more money than brains! Just because someone may be smart in business, does not mean they have a lick of common sense. Austin is full of such "new rich" people!
And you residents of Colorado, please don't assume anything done by folk in Austin represents the rest of the people in the State of Texas. Austin is like Boulder. It leaves the rest of us scratching our heads and going "WTF".
And living in Austin, it would be a safe bet that Hawn voted for either Barry or Hillary.
