Obama accuser Larry Sinclair's "prominent" attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, has been suspended by the Florida State Bar for a period of three years. According to the web site, Overlawyered.com, Sibley's suspension is also reciprocal in Washington, D.C..
Sibley has been representing the man who accused Senator Obama of nights of alleged illicit gay sex and illegal drug use in the back of a rented limo and a motel in Gurnee, Illinois in November of 1999.

In an attempt to keep his accusations in the public eye, Larry "Litigious" Sinclair, filed a lawsuit back on February 11 accusing Senator Obama, David Axelrod, and the Democratic National Committee of "intimidation" and loss of Free Speech.
An excerpt from Sinclair's lawsuit filed in the United States District Court, District of Minnesota:
"This action is being brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1981, 18 U.S.C. 241 and the First Amendment of the United States Constitutions right to Free Speech. Defendants have continued to conspire against the rights of citizens in that they are actively engaged in ongoing internet intimidation, claiming to be engaging in the conduction (sic) of illegal investigations into plaintiffs personal life, an actively involved in prevention of allegations brought of illegal drug use and sexual activity..."

Even if he were credible, the media wouldn't pay attention. I am not even sure if it were true, it would matter to the media. The media would brush it off as old news, or everybody does it, or it's just part of growing up in the black community.
I couldn’t agree more.
When Sinclair first made his allegations, we contacted him and asked him to 1-provide something—anything—to back up any of his allegations; and, 2-several questions we had about the info.
We’re still waiting for the info. We gave him the benefit of the doubt at first, but our attitude at present can be summed up thusly: “Show us some beef, Larry.”
We’re keeping an open mind (barely) on the accusations, but until he presents some solid evidence—4 months after first releasing his YouTube video—we have to conclude he’s an opportunistic crank.
*Ping* to Pissant!
You ‘da man’ when it comes to being on top of this situation, what sayest thou?
GO lARRY GO!!
I would not have said that to Larry Sinclair.
Interesting that DC and Florida would suspend him around the same time.
I wonder who the other two guys lawyers are? Nevermind.
Welcome to Free Republic.
Everything this guy does smacks of a desperate attempt to show that he’s somehow relevant to something.
There is a point at which, no matter how nice it would be if his accusations are true, it’s just not worth treading through the slime.
We’ve reached that point with this unfortunate specimen.
Wow!
Thanx!
We just try to attend to our little corner of the blogosphere...hahaha....which reminds me, our latest story on the John Edwards Love Child Scandal is going up in a few.
But thanx a ton!
In our short time, we’ve had a few great stories we were lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time: Larry Sinclair, John Edwards Love Child, Dog the Bounty Hunter, the Megan Meier MySpace Suicide (first place on the Internet) and the “Baby Grace” story in Galveston TX are ones we’re pretty proud of doing.
Thanks a ton again. I’ll tell LBG (Ginn), who wrote most of the Larry Sinclair stories and who monitors most things Larry Sinclair. Lucky Ginn.
D.C. (and most other states) automatically suspends any lawyer who is suspended in another state. It's called "reciprocal discipline."
