Ms Pelosi and the dems want McCain to distance himself from President Bush and his statements.

Did she and her party distance themselves from their president’s X-rated acts in the Oval Office and his perjury? No, they DEFENDED him — and his wife is running for president!

Barack Obama is a worse hypocrite: one whose bitterness and hatred for America is reinforced by Wright, Ayer, and Michelle who would be in the WH with him.

What a thought!!

As Pelosi was speaking, House Democratic Caucus Chairman Rahm Emanuel issued a statement in which he said: “The tradition has always been that when a U.S. president is overseas, partisan politics stops at the water’s edge.”

Only the President? Do you exempt all your folks, like McDermott, Pelosi, et al?

Obama will have as much success with the Iranians as Clinton and Albright had with the North Koreans. Somehow the Clintonistas call it a success and are never challenged when the facts speak for themselves... Kim played them both like a cheep fiddle and just kept on doing what he wanted to. BHO is cut from the same cloth and will be just as effective.

It was a Republican who said that—why would President Bush use that example? It just seems like it gives Democrats something else to jump on, that he’s quoting someone from his own party to illustrate a negative point about the opposition.

Appeasement is appeasement no matter which party. Actually by quoting an appeasement Republican from the past makes the Dems fake protests even more illegitimate.

The left doesn’t like straight talk about their intentions. They want to do it, they just don’t want anybody to talk about it. Just like the word “liberal.” They want to be liberals, yet they’re ashamed of the label.

Hey Pelosi, kindly go sit on an air hose and turn it on full blast!

Jeeze, I despise that “woman”.

Pelosi: Bush Comments 'beneath The Dignity Of The Office' May 15, 2008(The Politico) Democratic House leaders are calling out President Bush for a speech in Israel in which he seemed to suggest that Sen. Barack Obama wants the United States to "negotiate with terrorists."

Speaker Pelosi needs to reconsider her hypocritical attack on Bush concerning negotiating with terrorists.

More specifically, Speaker Pelosi is possibly in contempt of Sec. 3 of the 14th A. for the following reason. Just as Jane Fonda went to North Vietnam to embarrass American officials, Pelosi made a trip to Syria in '07 to embarrass President Bush. The problem with Pelosi's trip, however, is that given that she had taken an oath to defend the Constitution, she arguably crossed the line established by Sec. 3 by giving comfort to the USA's enemies. Indeed, I would argue that, because of Pelosi's high profile trip to Syria and Sec. 3, Pelosi is no longer legally a congressperson, let alone Speaker of the HoR.

AT LEAST THEY FIGHT. I wish our leadership (whomever that might be) would once, JUST ONCE, fight like they do. And now freaking John McCain who thinks the press is going to fawn all over him like they have in the past. Maybe after seeing how they turn on him, he’ll fight a little. I’m so f**King sick of all of them.

Give it to them..give the country to them. I never thought I’d say that, but if we’re not going to fight, why even bother. Just prolonging the inevitable. If this country wants to be a socialist country, let’s just do it...get it over with.

Elites like BHO underestimate the hate in the islamic world toward western democracies just as the Clinton’s underestimated the desire for North Korea to join the nuclear community. Today’s appeasers are more dangerous than their comrades in the 1930’s.

Where was Ms. Pelosi during the entire Clinton Administration?

She was also under the desk. (Figuratively speaking of course)
