I certainly don't agree with Al Gore's global warming BS, but I do think that Newt Gingrich has a point when he says that we can't let the Lefties and the envirofacists own this discussion. On this subject, they rule the field. If McCain wants to lay some groundwork so that a reasonable voice can talk about this subject, I have no objection. Yet Gore, Gingrich, and McCain all agree (It's real, the debate is over, need to spend trillions to fix it, etc ....)
How can you "not agree" with Gore but have "no objection" to McCain when they are saying the same thing?

In an effort to win over those "moderates" who believe that global warming is about to destroy the planet, Republican presidential candidate John McCain spoke Monday at a Portland, Ore., training facility for Vestas Wind Technology. He claimed, "The facts of global warming demand our urgent attention, especially in Washington." McCain is evidently willing to tell misguided people what they want to hear, playing the game of PC like the Democrats, to win votes. McCain needs to address the following concerning his misguided AGW alarmism so that he doesn't continue making a fool out of himself.
The Argo System oceanic temperature probes are indicating that ocean temperatures have actually been decreasing in the last several years.
Argo System ocean temperature probes
Given that ocean temperatures are a major indicator of threatening AGW, the Argo System is essentially showing that AGW is a hoax.
But also note that I'm presently still voting for McCain because I won't make the Armed Forces answerable to Clinton or Obama despite McCain's misguided AGW alarmism. People evidently don't understand that either Clinton or Obama would be a war-time President, making life and death decisions for our troops and possibly millions of other people.
