Yes, so do I. But I do love it when we have clouds like that in the Central Valley.  It is unusual to have any kind of weather here.  Storm clouds are always a pleasant change from the norm. :-)

I have heard that it is very, very warm in your area.  I live in Contra Costa County, I have heard that your area is a lot warmer than ours.  I like San Francisco/ bay area weather, but I really wouldn't want to live there at this time.  I'm sure that all my relatives are turning over in the grave *s*.

Yes, it gets pretty warm here. It's supposed to get up to 101 today, tomorrow, and Sunday. But I love the summers here. If you live in this valley long enough you become acclimated to the dry heat. I am freezing cold ALL winter and praying for summer to come. Of course, much over 100 degrees, and even I start feeling too warm. ;-)

BTW, as far as SF goes, I have lived in harsh winter areas, but I have NEVER been so cold as I was one day in July (I think) at Ghirardelli Square. The wind coming off the water was bone-chilling cold. :-(
