I agree with those measures. I believe eventually that will be done. At State Level, Arizona is leading the way and has achieved some sort of reverse-migration simply by passing tough laws against employers.
That is the best way to do it.

Such a remark is disingenuous and misinforms. The solution I proposed is the consensus opinion of "True Conservatives", and has been for a long time, as I am sure you know.
