Heres a quick run-down of some of Barack Obamas questionable and disturbing associations:
* Rabidly anti-Israel Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi. The Obamas were regular dinner guests at Khalidis Hyde Park home for years.
* Terrorist sympathizer Ali Abunimah, who runs the viciously anti-Israel web site Electronic Intifada.
* Unrepentant Weather Underground terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn.
* Reverend Jeremiah Wright. What more needs to be said?
* Anti-Israel foreign policy adviser Samantha Power fired after calling Hillary Clinton a monster.
* Anti-Israel foreign policy adviser Robert Malley fired when it was revealed he has been holding talks with Hamas.
* Hatem El-Hady, former official of the Hamas-linked charity Kindhearts, closed by the Justice Department. El-Hadys web page suddenly vanished from the Obama campaign site with no explanation, after being exposed by LGF and others.

Eeek.
Methinks the Right need be wary of underestimating this cult of personality. Those who would deify an empty suit will not take kindly* to criticism thereof.
(* - “not take kindly” = “silence with extreme prejudice”)
Thank you for that article. The more I read about him the scarier he gets. However, I think all Americans should make it their duty to inform themselves about this threat.
That’s besides the “maximum leader”-style artwork poster on his web site.

Not counting the Globe?
Peggy Shapiro over at the American Thinker nails it: "I knew that I had seen this before, and then it came to me that this image appropriates the graphic style of totalitarian Soviet propaganda. It recalls the ideal[i]zed portraits and personality cult of the 'Beloved Leader' such as Stalin and Lenin..."
Either way, here's the URL:

The graphics alone should scare the ratbleep out of anyone who remembers the bad old days.
Soviet style.
I first saw the totalitarian-propaganda angle in posters from one artist; that’s his style, I can appreciate where he’s coming from artistically, and shrugged it off.
Thing is, I’m seeing such imagery from an increasing number of sources.
There’s more to this guy’s path to power than we’re aware of ... he’s not where he is by happy accident, he’s got some smart handlers be hind him. Take him lightly at our peril, for he is exhibiting real, successful, totalitarian tendencies (starting with the rise to power).
