There is no sign that China government would refuse the help from other country.
In addition mobilizing 100,000 troops doesnt seem that large for a country the size of China. Thats only 1 out of 10,000 of the population. It isnt enough.
I didn’t know how that “1 out of 10, 000” come out.
First, we could put millions people there for rescue. Something simple like those people who go for rescue also needs food, but food is the most important resource in disaster area.
Second, under the limited transportation ability due to road or weather condition, it’s seems more efficiency that we sent water, food and medical equipment there for those survivors.
China is not some little island nation. They have a population of 1.3 billion, and a GDP of $7 trillion. Their army has 2.3 million troops. They have modern helicopters and trucks. They have plenty of their own resources they can mobilize, their own stocks of food, water, etc.
The clock is ticking.
There is no time to take your time.
China has a population of more than a billion people. A 100,000 people is 1 of 10,000 of that total population. China has an army of more than 2 million. 100,000 soldiers is only 5% of its army. China’s army is nearly entirely at home unlike the United States army that is spread all over the world.
They need to have a mass air lift of supplies and manpower, not one or the other.
