Congress has an approval rating of less than HALF of that in every state, and that is not stopping them from making sweeping wins in contest after contest.

Far from it. - the democrat controlled congess has a very low rating and the dems are winning.

Think about that and what it really means.

And of course it’s relevant. When Democrats are trying to tie John McCain to Bush you know it’s bad. Bush has failed miserably to shape opinion in his second term.

Yes, it means that the “low rating” is against GWB, but many voters are too confused about separation of powers issues that they don’t understand that the Congress now has Democrat majorities. So like the ostrich, they just keep voting D. It’s soothing to them to vote for candidates who are “for the people”!
