It apparently escapes the article’s author that the DNC’s proportional representation system has caused the current (in his words) “drama.” Had the DNC delegates been won or lost on a winner take all system HRC would have clinched the nomination some time ago. Proportional representation also caused the current “drama” in that super delegates are now able to play king maker, while having no real democratic legitimacy.

So the solution? More of what caused the problem in the first place.
