I observed that Ms. Malkin is writing of a memo, that she can’t be bothered to inform the rest of us of its contents. Too bad you’re not smart enough to figure it out.

The memo is, in fact, explicitly quoted in the body of Ms. Malkin's article. You might want to give some consideration to actually reading posted stories before kneejerking in Pavlovian opposition to same, next time. FYI, and all that.
