Juan McLame has a few good points in this plan such as his adoption of Fred Thompson’s tax plan. However, much of this plan simply reenforces McCain’s own admission that he really doesn’t understand the economy.

Tinkering with an income tax code that is beyond repair will not solve the problem. It's time for a fundamental change by replacing the income tax with a national sales tax as set forth in the The Fair Tax Act of 2007.
